The Geneva International Exhibition of Inventions comes back to its original format. It will be held in Hall 1 from 22 to 26 March 2023.
Any sanitary measures that may be in force at that time will of course determine the access conditions for exhibitors, journalists and visitors from all over the world.
The organisers aim to present around a thousand inventions at this event. Parallel to this event, the Climate Fair will be held in the same premises.
22-26 MARCH 2023 – PALEXPO HALL 1
The International Exhibition of Inventions of Geneva is the inventions referenced annual event in the world.
A unique opportunity for industrial and commercial companies, universities, inventors and researchers, associations, private and state organisms and institutions to present their inventions, the results of their research and their new products.
The exhibition where manufacturers, commercial traders and financiers will find 1,000 innovations ready to be marketed. All exhibited innovations being showcased for the first time.
Inventions Geneva Evaluation Days
To remain close to its inventors and to global innovation, the organisers of the International Exhibition of Inventions hosted a special virtual-only edition in 2022: Inventions Geneva Evaluation Days – Virtual Event. The latter offered the possibility to inventors from all over the world to participate in the competition by presenting their invention thanks to a 3-minute video that was judged by a panel of professional judges.
Despite of the health context, inventors have responded positively and submitted almost 600 inventions from 25 countries and regions.
THE CLIMATE SHOW
The International Climate Show will take place in parallel to the International Exhibition of Inventions of Geneva, from the 16th to the 20th March 2022, and will be dedicated to solutions and innovations for climate protection and carbon emission reduction.
It will showcase sustainable social change and a gallery of cleantech products and services related to 3 topics: sustainable solutions, climate change and project financing. This event will be an opportunity for visitors to discover a number of innovations from Switzerland and abroad.
The Climate Show 2022 will focus on the theme of reforestation and will include a décor of trees, permaculture gardens and CO2 offset plantations. It will also feature a photo exhibition, an eco-friendly fashion show and a green movie screening.
Finally, visitors will have the opportunity to discover and taste the Climate Burger and relax in the Dolce Climate space for a collective thought for the climate during a tea ceremony offered to the participants.
The International Exhibition of Inventions Geneva, a Palexpo SA event, recognises and assumes its social and environmental responsibilities.
Aware of the environmental impacts of its activity, it seeks to reduce them by involving all types of partners in its sustainable development strategy.
Protecting the environment
The International Exhibition of Inventions uses 100% recyclable carpets to limit waste as much as possible.
The waste is recycled up to 75%, sorted at Palexpo and processed by a specialised provider.
