The P12 car park has spaces reserved for people with reduced mobility on each floor. These are located next to the lifts and are for vehicles less than two meters high.

Animals are not admitted to Palexpo SA, except for assistance dogs, upon presentation of proof.

Items found within Palexpo can be claimed on +41 (0)22 761 11 11. Two weeks after the events, all lost property is forwarded to the Geneva lost and found office.

Palexpo’s P12 car park has 1,500 spaces and 4 spaces with charging points for electric vehicles. When the P12 car park is full, drivers are directed to other parking spaces.

Parking facilities are available for cyclists and motorcyclists.

Scooters are not permitted inside or outside Palexpo. Scooters and electric scooters may not be left in the cloakroom.

Palexpo SA declines all responsibility in the event of theft.
