From the idea to the realization of an invention

Let Thibault Pierotti guide you through an interactive session from 3.30pm to 5pm, exploring the possibilities of artificial intelligence in entrepreneurship. Between 1pm and 6pm, come and see demonstrations of 3D printing, digital embroidery and machining with the Onl’fait fab lab, to bring your boldest ideas to life. Don’t miss the chance to meet Paul Charmillot, founder of Magic Tomato, from 3.30pm to 5pm, who will be sharing some valuable advice on entrepreneurship. Finally, take the time to wander the aisles of the Exhibition to discover a thousand exclusive inventions.

Protecting an invention

Conferences on intellectual property in several languages, organised by the Association romande de propriété intellectuelle (AROPI), the Institut Fédéral de la Propriété Intellectuelle (IPI) and the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO), will be held throughout the day. From 2pm to 5pm, take part in virtual tours organised by WIPO, using 3D headsets, of the information resources to discover how innovations in intellectual property are shaping our world and improving life in all sectors.

Presenting an idea in a captivating way

Join Stéphanie Trang from Artefact OI (formerly Startup Inside Switzerland) from 2 to 3.30pm for a talk on the art of pitching, to present an innovation to future customers or financiers.

Robotics workshops for children

In the afternoon (1pm to 4pm), Digital Kidz is offering 30-minute workshops to introduce children aged 5 to 10 to programming and robotics. On the programme: handling and programming different robots. Free registration: Register now!
