Your registration
Open to companies, institutions, universities and independent inventors, the Exhibition brings together hundreds of inventions from around the world every year. Prototypes, manufactured products and new technologies protected by intellectual property rights are presented to the public and evaluated by an International Jury.
With more than 30,000 entries and nearly 1,000 inventions at each edition, this unique platform fosters collaboration, increases project visibility and contributes to international recognition.
How to submit your application?
Your participation in 4 steps:
Choose and reserve the booth type that best meets your needs.
Modular Booth
Ideal for inventors, companies, universities, and organisations wishing to showcase multiple inventions or benefit from a larger exhibition space.
Comfort Booth
Specialy designed for individual inventors and small start-ups wishing to showcase a single invention with a turnkey exhibiting solution.
Provide information about your invention and your organisation. The information submitted will be used to assess your application and publish your invention in the Exhibition’s official catalogue.
- Name of your invention
- Description in French and/or English
- Name to be displayed on your booth and in the official catalogue
- Name(s) of any potential prize recipient(s)
- Information regarding the protection of your invention
- Representative photos and/or visual materials
Each application is reviewed by the Selection Committee to ensure the quality, innovation and relevance of the projects presented at the Exhibition.
You will then receive an official decision confirming whether your invention has been accepted to participate in the Exhibition.
Important: reserving a booth does not automatically guarantee acceptance. All applications are subject to approval by the Selection Committee.

Booths and prices
Registration fees:
CHF 880.- per invention
For private inventors whose invention is not yet commercialized.
CHF 1800.- per invention
For companies, private and State organisms, universities and for private inventors who exhibit under a company name or whose patent is registered in the name of a company or whose invention is already commercialized.
An invention booth must be at least 4sqm per invention.

For exhibitors who only wish to sell their products. Products displayed on the booth will not be presented or evaluated by the Jury of the Exhibition. Therefore, they are not eligible for any medals or special awards. A Commercial booth must be at least 6 sqm.
